Return & Refund Policy

At BeadCalm, each piece is carefully handcrafted using natural herbal materials. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags

  • Show no signs of wear, alteration, damage, stains, or improper storage

  • Be accompanied by your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at junye0003@outlook.com and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Clear photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not return an item before receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from us. Items returned without prior approval, or sent to an unauthorized address, may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, BeadCalm will cover the reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part or otherwise required by applicable law.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. BeadCalm is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, at junye0003@outlook.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will work with you to offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.

This notification period does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Natural and Handcrafted Product Characteristics

Our jewelry is handcrafted using natural herbal materials. Slight variations in color, texture, grain, shape, size, finish, and natural aroma may occur from one piece to another.

These natural variations are part of the character of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Because colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings, minor differences between the product images and the item received may also occur.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Items that have been worn, used, altered, washed, damaged, or improperly stored

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products

  • Items returned without their original packaging or included accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale,” where permitted by applicable law

  • Items purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

Please contact us before placing your order if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the applicable 14-day period. The item must be returned in its original condition and include all original packaging and accessories.

Customized or personalized products may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits or removes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to process and display the refund.

Unless otherwise required by law, the following amounts are not refundable:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees paid directly to customs authorities or third parties

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped. If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving it in accordance with this policy.
