Thank you for shopping with BeadCalm. We ship our handcrafted products internationally using tracked air parcel and international air mail services.
Please review the following information before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
As many of our products are handcrafted, certain items may require additional preparation time. If your order is expected to take longer than usual, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Method
Orders are generally shipped directly from our fulfillment location using:
- Tracked international air mail;
- International air parcel services;
- Local last-mile delivery partners.
The exact carrier may vary depending on the destination country, package size, product type, and available shipping routes.
Once a parcel arrives in the destination country, it may be transferred to a local postal service or delivery company for final delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- United States: 7–21 business days;
- Canada: 10–25 business days;
- United Kingdom: 7–18 business days;
- European countries: 8–22 business days;
- Australia and New Zealand: 8–22 business days;
- Other international destinations: 10–30 business days.
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery may take longer due to customs inspections, flight schedules, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, peak shopping seasons, local delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Remote areas, islands, military addresses, and certain restricted regions may require additional delivery time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We may offer free shipping, flat-rate shipping, or promotional shipping rates for certain products, destinations, or order values.
Any free-shipping promotion applies only to the original shipment and does not normally cover return shipping costs.
Order Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information may take 3–7 business days to update after shipment because international parcels must first be received and scanned by the carrier.
International tracking may not update continuously while a parcel is in transit between countries. This does not necessarily mean that the parcel has stopped moving or has been lost.
Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, value-added tax, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless the checkout page expressly states that duties and taxes have been prepaid, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
BeadCalm does not control these charges and cannot guarantee the amount that may be assessed by local customs authorities.
Customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of their destination country.
If a parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned because the customer does not pay applicable customs charges, any refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling charges may be deducted where permitted by law.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
- Full recipient name;
- Street address and apartment or unit number;
- City, state, or province;
- Postal or ZIP code;
- Country or region;
- Valid telephone number.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct your shipping address.
We will try to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after processing has begun.
BeadCalm is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned because of an address error, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect it, the customer may be required to pay an additional shipping fee before the order is resent.
Delayed Orders
International shipping may occasionally experience unexpected delays.
